How cost works.
- A cap per provider
- Set a monthly limit for each data and model provider. An action that would pass it does not run.
- An alert at 70%
- The admin hears before the limit is reached, not after.
- A cost for every website
- Spend is recorded per website per month, so an agency can see which client costs what.
- Sandbox mode
- Returns sample answers and costs nothing, so you can see the product first.

What costs money?
The data and the models the agent uses: keyword and rank data, Maps scans, AI assistant answers and drafting. Each paid action shows its cost before it runs.
What happens when a cap is reached?
An action that would pass the cap does not run. The admin is alerted at 70%.
Can I try it without spending?
Yes. Sandbox mode returns sample answers and costs nothing.
Do I bring my own keys?
The organization sets the provider keys it wants to use. A provider without a key is not used, and the page that depends on it says so.
