Nothing reaches your site without a person.
How bitSEO keeps each customer’s data apart, and keeps its agent on a short lead.
The agent.
- Drafts, never publishes
- Copy and code the agent drafts reaches a business only after a person approves it.
- Cannot approve its own work
- Approving, deleting, changing people, keys and settings are not tools the agent has.
- Reads only your site
- Audits read the owner’s own website and respect its robots.txt.
- Costs are capped
- A monthly limit per provider, with an alert at 70%.
Your data.
- Kept apart in the database
- Each organization’s people, websites, data and spend are separated by row-level security, enforced on every query.
- Connection keys sealed
- Credentials for connected services such as Google Search Console are stored encrypted.
- Reports expire
- A shared report link stops working after the number of days you set.
- Raw answers kept 12 months
- The AI answers behind a measurement are stored as received, then removed.
- A record of who did what
- Approvals and cost entries are written to an audit trail.
Questions
Can the agent change my website?
No. It reads the site, drafts changes and hands them over. The owner or their developer applies them, and the agent then checks the live page.
Does it post to Google?
No. For a review it drafts a reply and a person posts it.
Does bitSEO have a security certification?
None is claimed on this page. It describes what the product does, and you can ask us for more detail.
