Terms of use

Last updated 3 November 2026

These terms cover your use of bitSEO. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

bitSEO audits websites, tracks where a business ranks on Google, Google Maps and AI assistants, and drafts changes. It does not publish to your website and does not post to Google.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what is done in your account and for the people you invite to it.

Websites you add

Add only websites you own or have permission to audit. Adding a website records that permission. The agent reads those sites and follows their robots.txt.

Drafts and AI output

The agent’s drafts are written by an AI model. They can be wrong. Check every claim against the business before you approve or apply a change. Nothing the agent drafts is final until a person approves it, and you decide what goes on your website.

Cost

Paid actions use data and model providers and are charged as agreed with you. Each website has monthly caps you can set, and an action that would pass a cap does not run.

Acceptable use

Do not use bitSEO to audit sites you have no right to, to overload anyone’s servers, to attempt to reach another customer’s data, or to break the law.

Availability

We work to keep bitSEO available but do not promise it will never be interrupted. Measurements depend on third-party providers and can fail or change.

Liability

bitSEO is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit or ranking changes that follow from using it, and we do not guarantee any ranking or any mention by an AI assistant.

Ending your account

You can stop using bitSEO at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will say so in the app before a change takes effect. Questions go to [email protected].
