This page says what bitSEO collects, why, and who else sees it. Questions go to [email protected].
What we collect
- Your account. Your email address and a hashed password. We cannot read your password.
- The websites you add. The name and address you give, and the pages we read to audit them.
- What the agent learns. Business facts with their source, plans, notes, drafts and the activity log for each website.
- Measurements. Keyword and rank data, Maps grid results, review and listing data, and the AI assistants’ raw answers.
- Cost records. What each paid action cost, per website and month.
- Connections. If you connect Google Search Console or Analytics, the access you grant is stored encrypted and used only to read your own data.
Why
To run the audits and the agent for the websites you add, to show you the results, and to bill and cap spend. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to advertise.
Who else receives it
To do the work, parts of a request go to the providers that supply it: AI model providers, search and rank data providers, and Google when you connect it. Which providers apply depends on how your organization is set up. We send them what the task needs, not the whole account.
This website
The public pages run no advertising or analytics scripts. They load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when a page opens. When you are signed in, a session token is kept in your browser for that session only.
How long we keep it
AI assistants’ raw answers are kept for 12 months. Reports are kept for 24 months. When a business is removed from an organization, its data is removed with it.
Your choices
You can read and edit what the agent knows about a business, remove a business, or ask us to delete your account. Write to the address above.
